1. Click "Start"
2. Click "Run"
3. type "cmd" and press okay
4. type "tracert [insert your domain name here]" and press enter

do you get any place that it says "Request timed out." or the same number appear twice? if yes please contact your Internet Service Provider Technical Support or Contact us.
